The following information regarding the statutory warranty applies to the goods in your order. Concert tickets are excluded from this.

Note on concert tickets: In accordance with Section 312b Paragraph 3 No. 6, there is no right of withdrawal or cancellation when ordering admission tickets. Ticket orders therefore cannot be cancelled.
